  1. Believe it or not, the watch was $19.99, including the artwork. By the time I added a case and shipping it was $30.00 total.
  2. "Still In Production" on this item but hope to have completed before Easter. I am not sure if anyone has dropped these into caches before but my multimedia CD will have 5 or 6 copyright free music tracks, a introduction movie with myself at one of the local parks with a cache in it, and some other free short movies I like. Maybe even some movie trailers. The artwork is printed directly on the CD with a Bravo! CD creator. Here is the artwork I have designed for it. When the CD is done I will try to post an actual picture of the CD's.
  3. I asked a while back about a watch style to use for a FTF prize in my first cache. I have finally gotten around to ordering the prize and wanted to share the proof I got back today from the company. I am liking it! My goal is to have the my first cache approved and hidden by the end of the month. Watch Proof Thanks for looking!
  4. 1815 caches? That is 151 caches per month, or almost five caches per day. Very interesting...
  5. Why not just post this under the thread you were talking about? Just wondering. Any volunteer shouldn't be picked on if they do their job well. I haven't seen a bad mod yet from my short time on this board.
  6. That brings up a question for me for succesful TB's. After the reach their goal and get back to their owners, do cachers retire them and put them on display in their homes or do they just keep travelling? Would you retire yours?
  7. That is a very cool travel bug! I hope everything over the next year goes well for you. My college buddy was divorced 5 years ago and was recently remarried and is very happy. On a lighter note I thought I would share the two I released last month: Super heroes are cool, MAD magazine is cool, so I thought these would be Uber-Cool.
  8. You must have forgotten our agreement (I'm not surprised) My job is supposed to take me to a new caching area each month, but you haven't sent me the gas and lodging money yet I'm going out to get some local caches now, but I expect you to send me somewhere else within the week Those would be some good travel expense reports to read through each month! Lodging, Meals, Mileage, and Batteries. At least there shouldn't be any extra entertainment expenses since that was the goal of the job, right? You better cut the smurf his first check Sparky! Oh, I just cut him something, but it wasn't a check! ROFL! Sweet...but stinky!
  9. You gotta start from zero and work your way up. Hence the "Ultra-mini" title. I probably should have posted the "insignificant-compared to caches-micro-quark-sized Milestone."
  10. In the "immortal" words of Jeremy, "Workin' on it."
  11. He'd have to find it before he could plunder it. Then wouldn't it be a loggable find if he bothered to sign the log? Good logic! We would have to bet if he stays lazy to go out for unjustified "revenge." Is there such a thing as justified revenge?
  12. I just went cross-eyed... Too much thinking for a Monday afternoon.
  13. It's folks like that guy that makes you hope there is karma out there. I would probably leave it just as is now since someone brought up the fact they could go out and plunder your caches.
  14. Doh! There goes the 401K! I checked out the Texas Geocaching site from your sig. Nice site! I might hae to order a T-shirt since the logo is pretty cool.
  15. I do, but I usually have people point and laugh when going through parks and on trails. I don't know why though... Here is my "noble" steed! I wish they wouldn't laugh, it makes me feel bad. It's not the horse they're laughing at. It's the bloody half coconuts you're carrying to make the sound effects! And yes, I love the codpiece. Do you wear it to make a fashion statement or just for the halibut? Oh! Then it isn't me their laughing at, it must be my serf who has the coconut halves! That makes me feel so much better. Well now I can go out for gallop! <Looks for serf>
  16. Just announcing for my personal satisfaction. Thanks for reading!

  18. I could see a "Weasel Watch" be a pretty sweet FTF!

  20. Thanks for all the great responses. You can order these watches through: http://www.americanlogowatch.com/index.html I saw their ad in a NWA flyer magazine last month and thought it might make a way cool FTF. A little spendy for a everyday sig item. But they are about $19.00 for some models, like the pocket watch. The real nice thing is you can order only one for $19.00.
  21. I think I would have to leave a new DVD of some of my favorite movies. Up to "R" rating of course. The idea of a car trading cache might be cool. I could set up a parking lot where you drive in your car with the the title and swap it out for a new Jeep. I am pretty sure I would be getting some clunkers in for trades though! But hey would be fun to see who drives over for it. Who would make the drive to Minnesota to swap out their car?
