I downloaded the program again, ran it and tried using it. I don't know what happened but it's working now. Maybe validation of waypoint agreement and reloading plugin made it work, i don't know but thanks for the help on this issue. It was really bothering me that it wasn't working. It was great to get quick responses and not have to wait a day or so for help. Thanks again

Please elaborate on "won't work". Are you getting an error message? Are you getting a message on your GPS? How do you know it didn't work? When you hit" send to gps" it doesn't send and won't pick up on my gps, as previous times before it worked fine.

Previously i had lost satellite bars and had to download new software to gps from garmin, that worked and then when i tried to download cache from geocache webpage it told me i had to get the updated plug-in version because it wasn't reading my gps. Now it won't download caches, but the garmin test page says it's communicating just fine.

My account is good until 8/2010 I reaccepted the waypoint license agreement and retried sending to gps, still not working. Anything else I might be missing on my end. Thanks for the help

I'm using a gamin 60csx I've downloaded the Garmin Comm. Plug-in 2.7.3.0 from Garmin Intern. My computer is using Windows xp

I've downloaded the updated garmin communicator plugin, run the test page and it shows that it's working properly, but when i go to send the cache to gps it won't work. Does anyone know what i need to do next to fix this issue?

Hi, name's Manuel and wife Margaret moved from AZ to WV. We got hooked on geocaching after going to a rally for a different hobby. We've been doing it for about a week or so and our 2 older kids like it because they think they're pirates treasure hunting. The geocaching has given us a hobby to do as a family along with camping; also has taken us to beautiful places in our area that we wouldn't have come across if we hadn't been geocaching .
