Excuse my ignorance, but how does the owner of a TB, GC, etc go about marking it as MIA.. Sorry but I am fairly new to the TB stuff and wish to remove one and I am not sure how to do it CORRECTLY.. OrisnDee When you go to the coin or TB page There is a box that says recalculate distance. Click on that and you see mark item missing. To do it correctly you need to allow enough time for people to log bugs out of a cache. I think you need to give a bug at least 30 days after being verified as not in the cache before marking it as missing. If the cache is confirmed as destroyed, then you can move it out immediately. I did that on another one of mine and it is still showing in the cache... Use TB2ANXV to reference this item.

If we can't or don't want to get rid of the "DISCOVERED" Option, is it possible to set it up so the owner of the TB does NOT receive messages that it has been "DISCOVERED"?? I really don't care to see that someone has discovered a Travel Bug I have placed out there to "TRAVEL".. OR why don't they come out with a "DISCOVERY BUG" and it's purpose is self explanatory ... JW - When you have a FTF and they have a Coin or whatever, is that yours for the keeping? or do you move it on? Wouldn't wanna use inappropriate etiquette. OrisnDee

ALSO, When you DECRYPT the hints and want to print them out in .PDF format, the hints are once again encrypted.. Before they printed out in .PDF decryted.. Can that be changed back too???
