So Stunod, is this how you got all that stuff on your profile page ie: latest news, (i saw that stat thing in a forum somewhere, I think) , and then all the info and links?

I know how to do that. I don't have a place called Latest news, and i can't set up links, well i can't figure out how to do it........

yeah, i check for the manual everyday on the Garmin site

I see alot of member profiles that have a lot of info on them including latest news, recent caches, favorite caches with links. How do you add this info to your profile page? Are they linking a website or something? I'm confused, all i see on my page is bio, hobbies and recent news. Thanks for the help

I've been rotating a couple of different signature items. Right now it's a camo backpack keychain, and i hope people trade for it. I also have a signature card i drop in the cache too.

It was the keyboard driver Jim. Uninstalled it and now G7toCE works great Thanks for all your help, and the screen shots you provided were great.

That's probably what i'm going to do. The guy that wrote the program emailed me back today and said it could be a network conflict or a keyboard driver conflict. Jim, do you use a keyboard with your 4155?

dadgum, i got one of these toys last night. My 3 year old has been playing with it. Now i have to take it from him, he's going to be upset.

Yes, I am using G7toCE and that is exactly how mine is set up. Maybe the cable is bad because it won't work on my wifes HP2215 either. Somebody else here also had the same error message i have. I'm lost right now on how to fix it.

i'm using garmin V hp ipaq 4155, and the cable came from here The error i get is comm error in asyncinit 1; port: com1:; error: 55- the specified network resource or device is no longer available. any ideas??

Mine won't work. I keep getting a comport 1 error. Not sure why? Jim, did you change any settings on your Ipaq?

I only use mine when I'm not caching alone. They work real good when someone can drop you off near a cache for a quick entry into the woods. Then radio them to pick you up.
