  3. Oops, sorry if it was bad form to post this here, I didn't realize there was a pinned thread for trades. I posted to the bottom of that thread and would have closed this one but I don't know how to close it.
  4. I'm not really all that into coins too much since the coin thing got out of control a couple years ago but my husband just saw one of these and decided he would like to have one. Doesn't matter what color in particular but would prefer it to not be White if possible. I have several of our Outdoorfamily coins available still in both Bronze and Silver, would be willing to trade one or possibly both metals for one of these Jeeps. Please PM/Email me to work out a trade. Thanks, MO Outdoorfamily

  6. Has anyone tried it? If so what programs are you using for paperless caching? I havnet' been caching in a while but am hoping to get back into it soon. I have cachemate on a Palm Life Drive I have used in the past but have been thinking about upgrading my phone to the Samsung SCH-i760, the ability to carry one less device might be a final swaying factor in taking the plunge.
  7. Did we ever get a final answer on what the shipping charges and order fees would be? There was some talk of first class shipping and something like $0.75 per order for procesing. If it's really that low I would prefer not to do a group buy and just let everyone buy their own coins. When the group buy idea was started C&P was only offering priority mail. PLEASE LET US KNOW BEFORE THE SALE GOES LIVE!!! If there is no need for group buy I'd like to have a chance to email everyone on the buy list and let them know they are responsible for placing their own order before the ordering actually starts. 8. Ebay timed sales are great for things that aren't in such limited quantitys. I thought the sales of the TFTC and Kansas coins were well handled. But announcing that you are selling 15 of a limited number of 50 coins is just kind of silly, especially in sales spaced so far apart. If they had all been sold at the same time chances are you nobody would get all 3 but hopefully more people would have got at least one coin. But that's just my 2 cents.
  9. I had a system crash last week and lost a lot of trade emails and other files. If you appear to be missing a trade coin from me please email me through my profile with your address and the trade deatails and I will verify if I have sent the coin from my hard copy sent list. Sorry for the hassles.
  10. Other than first class shipping charges what fees will Coins and Pins be charging to distribute these coins? Depending on that may dictate if there is even a need for a "group purchase" by the list of names I previously posted.
  11. Here is the current list I have on these coins. I've been checking about every other day for updates here and waiting for my other eyes to contact me if they saw it before me. If those that spend lots of time here haven't already noticed I've been AWOL dealing with issues at home and with my job. I have posted the current list below but am curious if anyone would be interested in picking it up from here (if not I will stick with it but would be more than willing to hand the project off if anyone is interested. I can provide a complete list of names and email addresses for those I have posted below as intersted. 12. Another method of cloning that I have considered trying is to print a picture of the coin on a round sticker (actually two stickers since there is a front and a back), Avery makes 1.5" round stickers. Then putting the stickers on each side of a 1.5" or 1.75" wooden disk (like a wooden nickle but not printed on before the stickers) then coating them with some kind of shelac. I'm not sure if the shelac would mess with the printed ink before it dried. Anyone want to be a guinea pig?
  13. Somehow I fail to see what this soccer coin has anything to do with geocaching other than someone put the word "geocaching" on it. Am I missing something?
  14. Am I the only one that thinks this idea is kind of silly? From my understanding the geocoinstore.com website charges the buyer a fee not the seller, so what's the point of a minimum purchase of 4 coins if someone is willing to pay geocoin store $3.13 for shipping and handling on one coin then so be it.
  15. I'd love to trade personal coins with you.
  16. Love it, Looking forward to possibly trading since a new vehicle has cramped my coin spending.
  17. I could have sworn I had asked for 79 earlier but I can't find verification of it so that's my loss. I'd like 179 and 63 if available.
  18. Tell her it's an investment towards future quality time with the boys when they are old enough to start exploring the woods with daddy.
  19. How does this affect the fluorescent characteristic of the label, that needs to be there for automatic machines in the postal system to read the value of postage put on the package? Placing tape over the addresses isn't a problem. They advise that you don't tape over the barcodes that are printed on the labels.
  20. So far people have contacted me to purchase about 30 coins as a group. I have the following cachers, if you're missing from this list please email me through my profile. GA Cacher Dreamin Eagle Cainrcc OldNavy59 Geohills rdinse DanceswithMoose ParentsofSAM LadyBee4T
  21. Good Idea but I still see one flaw that would be easy to fix. Are you planning ot mint the same number of both coins? Most collectors would want one of the silver coins to keep too. I would like to Have a gold coin which means that I would have to buy a set then place the silver coin to get the gold. Then I don't have a silver coin so I'd have to pay for another set at $10 and you would only be shipping one coin for the second set. This would be easily rectified by offering to sell the 2 piece set alone (for those who have no interest in keeping a silver coin or who already have released a set and want to start a second set) and also offering to sell a 3 coin set of 2 silver and one gold (while still shipping the gold after one of the two silvers is placed and logged.)
  22. Sorry, only available in: Regular Diet Coke Caffine Free Diet Coke Diet Coke with Lime Diet Coke with Lemon Vanilla Diet Coke Diet Cherry Coke Diet Coke with Splenda and the new Black Chery & Vanilla Diet Coke Aren't these various editions a little too hard to distinguish from one variety to the next. I don't think my soda bottle lids actually say what flavor they are, the flavor is just on the bottle.
