Emails to our COMCAST accounts are coming in slow as well, but finally coming. Just got one 7 hours after being sent. Emails sent to non COMCAST accounts came right over. One exception was the Hooray emails when 2 caches published today. They came over quickly.

After selecting a pocket query (while you are viewing those first 30 caches listed), hit the ellipses (three dots) at the top of the screen and select to Save as Offline List. I think that is what you are looking for.

I also just bought an Oregon 450 when it was on sale at REI. We used it over the Labor day weekend with 3.50 software as delivered. I wished for a couple of missing features and noted they had been added. I used Webupdater to upgrade to 3.80 and the unit ended up freezing at the Garmin Flash screen. Garmin phone support sent me an .rgn file and updater.exe to force a load of 3.70 software. It worked, but I still couldn't update to 3.80 without the frozen flash screen. Finally did a Master Reset to delete all user data and then the 3.80 would load properly. My advice: Try master reset (as noted elsewhere) before upgrading to 3.80. If you do have the the frozen flash screen - contact Garmin for the fix. Let me know if you have any questions.

I just saw the firmware upgrade is available. Logged on to comment, hoping I just hadn't missed it and see that breaultm edited his log of today that it is now available. Must have just released. My threat must have worked!

We purchased our Explorist GC from REI since we know REI has a full satisfaction guarantee (refund policy). Other than a few glitches, it seems to be a good unit -- unfortunately, some of the glitches make finding a geocache more difficult (track featuring only working occasionally). If they don't get the firmware out soon, I think we will invoke our return privileges. I understand patience, but I thought Magellan had released there would be an update out by the end of May.

The Pirates have up-ticked the Geocheck.org green box and also made the FTF! Lots of ways to go on this puzzle! Michiganders can solve the puzzle!
