  2. I have to say I am very disappointed with My premium member ship right now. I have a PN-60 Delorme Earth mate and have enjoyed a few years of geocaching with Groundspeak. Now I am not able to use My Topo 9.0 software and My Cache register software that has made my caching so easy and enjoyable. I ask Delorme about the problem and they said "Due to password management changes on the www.geocaching.com website the Topo North America 9.0, Topo North America 10.0, and Cache Register programs are no longer able to automatically download pocket queries from or upload field notes to geocaching.com. I then wrote to Groundspeak ...the one's whom I am paying and they said.. Thanks for writing in. I am sorry to hear your frustration. DeLorme failed to update their app using the new API, which is required to handle passwords. Unfortunately, there is very nothing we can do as this is entirely on DeLorme's end. I wish there was there was more I could do to help! I returned.... Well I believe your explanation is inadequate. It is not delormes problem ..it is yours since I am paying you. Do not blame shift. If you do not plan on making a fix on your half then cancel my reciprocal premium membership an refund the year membership I just payed you! Since you cannot provide what I paid for. I wish companies would not get caught up in blame shifting and try to find a real answer. Said to see something I really enjoy come to a end.
