There is a Lion Stautes catagory. We would like to create an animal statues catagory. I think it would be too hard to make a catagory for EVERY different type of animal, plus THAT MIGHT BE TOO EASY... MAYBE there should just be and ANIMAL CATAGORY that included lions and every other type of animal...or should we just make a catagory for every type of animal???

Jeremy- It would be kinda cool, if on everyone's "Profile Page" it showed an "AVERAGE" of "Terrain" & "Difficulty" of ALL the cache's that a person had found!!!! It would show up on "YOUR ACCOUNT" page...an Average of all the caches "You" had found, for Terrain & Difficulty... Just an idea....I think it would be neat... Justin of "zac59410"....

Jeremy - Or anyone who can help... How can I find out, or search for, the old (grandfathered-in) Traveling caches? There is one in my area, but I would like to find more of them! Sorry...I knew what I was trying to say...I just typed it wrong....this is what I was wondering...

I was just wondering if the Geocache Staff has anything special planned for when we get to 100,000 active caches. Something special that they put into the cache or something?....Just wondering...it won't be long until we have 100,000 active caches....

I am sure this has been covered before, but we are fairly new to "caching"... What is the generally accepted "rule" on visiting a cache you have already logged, just to pick up a "newly placed" TB? Thanks for your replies...

Nothing ticks me off more than TB's that get picked up and don't get logged! If you aren't going to play by the rules, then don't play the game... I know there is no way to enforce this rule...but it is annoying, when you are seeking one, only to find out it has been gone for sometime, and it hasn't been logged! OR, you see your bug has been found in a cache, they log the cache find, but not the BUG! It is annoying to the owners and the seekers! If you are gonna take a TB from a cache, PLEASE log the BUG find BEFORE you log the cache find!!!

zac59410...Although I understand what you are saying, this is still a sport...and it is intended to be that way. I hate losing, also, but all you can do is to try your best and be happy that at least you played the game! Don't be disappointed if you miss the "first goal"! Hang in there, be tough, play the game, and you will succeed! You will NEVER win, if you don't play! zac59410...14 finds....

zac59410...we are fairly new to geocaching...and they are sparse in our area...we have to travel 80+ miles to get to "new" ones and we have only found about 14....we are TOTALLY INTO IT, and we wish more people would hide more close to us! What is "FTF"?...we think "Free To Finder"....how often does the "GEOCACHE STAFF" just go out and hide FTF good stuff in random caches?...they should, if they don't already...that would make it WAY more interesting....thanks for replys...zac59410

We would like to go caching after dinner, but this is a sparse area for geocaches....we have to drive too far to find new ones....we wish we could get more people INTO it...so we could do MORE!!! zac59410
