I see your profile page is "created using MyGeocachingProfile.com". So you need to upload your MyFinds to that site, and there is no need to open the file on your computer.

It's a "my finds " query. I wanted to update my profile page. Actually it's both types. I tried to run a regular PQ, and the same thing happens. Error message stating Windows cannot open this type of file.

I made a PQ and my computer does'nt recognize or open a .gpx file. I got a new computer running Windows 7. Any suggestions?

I see that you can run 5 per day. Is there a limit of how many you can run other than that? I tried 4 this morning and only 2 came over on an e-mail. Any thoughts?

I purchased a Garmin unit over the phone and the unit they sent me was worth $50.00 less than what I ordered and billed for. I got return instructions and was assured that I would be reimbersed for the shipping costs. Guess what - - I have been told that the restocking fee would be waived (something I did'nt order) but they will not refund the purchase price. Think twice before going to these folks!

What do you mean "they will not refund the purchase price"? I had good luck with TigerGPS (one puchase). On the other hand, Preferred Camera completely screwed me by lying about availability. All these companies are a crapshoot. I ordered one thing and they sent something else. Thet will not refund my purchase price. It stinks. I had been on the phone talking to Zack for 40 minutes, then Mike, who politely hung up on me. Why would a reputable business act like that.

For two days I have been trying to access the Geocaching.com maps and the Geocaching.com Google maps, but are coming up blank. These are great when planning an outing. Anyone else having trouble?

Thanks for the help, but I have been trying that all day. No form to fill out comes up. I'm going to try it on another computer tonight. I'm getting frustrated.

How do I get to this "form"? I went to the Hide and Seek a Cache tab, there is no form to fill out there.
