I went to Garmin's webpage and it said I had the latest version, I just told them to reinstall anyways.. I'll find out later if it did anything, I'm in a brick building right now.

I will try the hard reset also. I have the 60csx, worked great for a week (I recieved it last Monday NEW) Saturday night I had 10 satellites and accuracy to 9 feet. Usually it would acquire a satellite almost instantly IN my house, now it take about 15 minutes of me driving to work to get it to find some satellites, and the accuracy is at 30-50ft. I think I may buy the extended warranty for $30....

It wasn't fully locked, I locked it back in and the topo maps still don't work.. I'll try when I get home and reload the maps...how do I remove the ones currently on my card?

I'm new to the whole GPS scene. I have US TOPO 08 and it was loaded onto my 60csx yesterday, I could see the topographical features etc. Last night using the waypoint manager I put some other waypoints onto my gps. This morning I noticed that all my topographical features are gone.. so on the map page I hit menu, located the maps and they are all still checked. I even looked where it says "hide basemap" "show all" show/hide topo 08" I have played around with all three of them options and I still cannot get the TOPO 08 to show..odd thing is the POI and Exit information that came along with TOPO 08 are still in my menu. Did I do somethign wrong or should I just try to load the map data back onto my GPS thanks for any help
