  1. Geez, half the stuff you guys have listed probably would have completely freaked me out. Weirdest thing I ever found was like a foot from the actual cache - a dead cat partially wrapped in a towel. Looked pretty fresh too. Fortunately there was a cop parked on the street pretty close by so he called Animal Control to have them remove it. Was almost worried he'd think we put it there, but he never questioned us or anything.
  2. Hi all, we're heading up to Pinecrest Lake/Sonora area this weekend, and last time we were there we did a couple of caches - 2 which were dog friendly (Lava Mama, Lego my Eggo), 1 which ended up not being extremely dog friendly (Lyon's Crossing). Does anyone around that area have any good cache suggestions that we absolutely shouldn't miss that are good for dogs as well? We're only going to do a few and it's hard sometimes to tell from the descriptions/logs if it's going to be good for the dogs or not.
  3. I normally watch a cache if it's one I want to remember to do in the future. Sometimes I'll do random searches, not necessarily in my area, but in places I'll be going to in the nearby future. If a cache strikes me as "wow, cool!" I'll put a watch on it so I don't forget about it.
  4. I scrapbook my finds, not only including pictures but also portions of the original cache information plus a small journal entry from me. My husband is getting tired of me pulling out the camera everytime we find a cache.
