  6. I bought a Garmin 76S and sadly i think i like my legend better. The extrex legend by garmin is an awesome GPS. They run 100-200 bucks depending on where you area but i love them.
  7. Isnt one that i can think of. You can add caches to your watchlist but then you get an email everytime someone finds, notes, doesnt find the cache... so you prolly dont want to do that either. Other than that nothing that i know of
  8. WOW. I have found 150 or so caches and never even seen them painted at all lol...
  9. im 20... and i feel like im the only one around here that young besides one other cacher
  10. Garmin Rocks .... one guy i ran into had constant problems with his mag. while my garmin sailed to the cache.
  11. After a long debate The Arkansas State Parks allow it now.. you just have to explain to them that you arent hurting the park and if nothing else it is helping because Geocachers are generally enviormentalist and tend to CITO more than the average joe. i like caching in state parks to tell you the truth...
  12. I bought the MAP source CD and GPS (legend) for 220. I thought that was an ok deal. I just searched for it. Im afraid i dont have a link .... I like the Garmin over the magellons but i think its just a thing like coke and pepsi... either like one or the other... so yeah .,.. i am VERY happy with my legend though. I have a 76S and i still go back to my legend.
  13. State parks are by state... NPS... i saw one cache that a guy knew ranger in the park and they allowed it though i dont have a link... you couldnt search it unless park was open.. the whole tresspassing on fed land. lol... USFS land is a good place to start.... You cant put them on WMA's either :S
  14. I wish people around her were on radio. then again they may be.. but i dont have one lol.. how much a setup cost????

  19. If i see a vehicle at the parking site and i reconize it as a local i leave them be. However, if i run into them at the cache site the more the merrier. I try to do as the cheeseheads said and look some more before saying i found it.
