GC got back to me. Told me to un-install the app from the phone and then re-download the app. The re-install is a newer version that doesn't seem to have been automatically updated. My phone now downloads lists fine You don't lose any info or settings by doing this. Good luck

Neither of my Android phones will now download list data for offline use. Have had no issues with this before with both devices. It starts to download the data, gets about halfway through then stops. installed latest android update (30th April ) and checked that the App is up to date with updates. Keep Safe
