  1. That I knew, thx Problem is, once it's read, we still end up with the first post when we enter a topic and have to navigate to the end.
  2. Is there a way to have forum posts default to showing the last message first instead of the first message first? Thanks
  3. Some corrections on this page: https://www.geocaching.com/about/premium.aspx#anchorBookmarks ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ To add a cache to your bookmark list: Visit the cache details page Click "bookmark listing" "Add to list" in the navigation table at top-right To create a new list, type in a List Name or select an existing list that you want the cache added to from the drop-down menu. and add any comments (Not sure if there is a drop-down menu as I only have 1 list)
  4. NYPaddleCacher, your absolutely right! I, of all people, should of seen it. (an IT guy)
  5. 2) resolved, no need for email any longer as GSAK can access an API for downloading/importing pocket queries.
  6. OH!!!! bloody hell, I totally misread you. I see the GSAK: geocaching access option.....well that is brilliant and works well. Merci!
  7. Alright, so I'll just ignore GSAK's blurb that the files are not 1.0.1 then, thx (btw, the link from the email gives the same file as going through: Menu > Geocaching.com access > Download pocket queries )
  8. Hi Folks, Been away for many years, came back this last week. I would like to be brought up to speed with the pocket queries as some things have changed. Pocket queries used to be a maximum of 500, if I understood correctly they are maxed at 1000 now. (this is not a problem) 1) There is a setting in the options to generate GPX files as version 1.0 or 1.0.1, inspecting the GPX files, the headers stay at version 1.0 for both options, what gives? 2) Pocket queries used to be mailed as Zip files, from what I gather this no longer happens as all I get in the email is a link to download (or I failed to find and option to activate it) Thanks Marc
  9. I download the Zip file, unzip it, and point GSAK to the file to be read. I ask here because the file version, even if set to 1.0.1 in geocahing.com settings, they still come out as 1.0 when downloaded, "<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>"
  10. I came back today after many many years of being absent. Cleaned up my pocket queries from way back when, downloaded them, installed GSAK and imported them. But GSAK babbles about the GPX version not being 1.0.1. I go to check my preferences and it is setup as 1.0.1. Evidently something is not work'n, but what? Anyone have a clue? Thanks Marc
