Quick question about TB cling for car what is the point of it? How do I log it at places and do other people who see it log seeing it?

go to any hardware store... NOT Home Depot or big stores like that. They can get you the screw you need and you can buy like 5 of them for around $0.25 total.

I am not really sure how this works. When I find something I am supposed to add my name to the log? Also what kind of things are located in the cash? Can I add to them or not? Please explain how this works.
