  1. OK, thanks for those tidbits. My page is set to create the GPX format, but I haven't been selecting a day to run it. I'm also not getting the PQ emails; is there something different there? If I don't get the emails, how am I supposed to save the file to my computer?
  2. We have been premium members for forever, but my pocket queries still download as .loc files, and I really want all the additional info that the .gpx file gives you. I changed my preferences, just today, to the GPX 1.0.1 file. Is that recent change the reason that my previous PQ download as .loc? Do I need to redo them all?
  3. The 2 bugs that are glaringly obvious that I have found are thus: when clicking the 'personalization' on the beta maps, ALL cache icons disappear...that's really not good, if seeing your personalized cache info is the whole point! 2: the personal statistics aren't available...is that coming back? The look is different, but not so drastic that you can't find your way around, so that's good, but PLEASE fix the maps; that's enough off-putting to stop using the maps...and to a certain extent, caching too; major step backwards in usability.
  4. So Google is rolling back their code? How long is this going to take? It's getting pretty old!
  5. I can't imagine finding 1000 caches. Congrats to all you mighty hunters, er...cachers I thought we were doing well when we hit 200, but I guess maybe not.
  6. I had no idea "they" did this...I was quite surprised to see us on the list...but hey, we've met and talked with Oregon's #1 a couple of times...does that add brownie points?
  7. This is all really new to me, so assume I know nothing, and please don't shoot me. But what is the difference between the lat/long designations and the N/W readings on the GPS unit? And how do I convert them? The N/W locations don't seem to work in mapquest or lostinthe woods (which I haven't been yet, thank God!). In fact I ended up, according to the map, in either China or Saudi Arabia. I have no such stamp on my passport, so must assume that I didn't visit those countries in the last day or two.(Half-heimers is not quite advanced enough to forget that trip!)
