Alive and caching in Minnetonka!

I have created a cartridge that works fine when I publish to my machine and load it to my oregon, but when I publish to the site, download it, then drag it to the oregon crashes on the second zone. Same code, different publishing/loading methods. Any thoughts?

When I load my geocache file onto my Magellan 500, I get the following error: " Some Geocache data can't be read due to size limitation". Some but not all of my data gets loaded. Does anyone have a solution to this problem short of going Garmin?
