Was wondering what other think of the new Magellan MapSend DirectRoute v3. It is pain when we have two gps and have to get two copies. Thanks

Has anybody updated thier meridian platinum to 5.40 firmware? Does it add anything? Thanks

We had a Meridian Gold that would go off and on. Call Meridian, thay had us send it in fixed for free. Meridian knows it has a problem, they are easy to deal with.

I got mine for kayaking rivers, to figure out where we left the van. Found Geo site and tried it. The boys had a great time also. We have found so many nice parks that we never been too. Now my other half loves her gps. We cache when we travel, great way to see new places. The boys are pretty good at finding the caches. They spend more time checking out the plants that are in the woods tho.

I brought a white med short sleeve got med long. Seem to run on the small side compared to other med ts.

I dropped off TB "Marine Corps Special Forces". I hope someone heading east on I70 to columbus, ohio can pick it up. I put it in "digging up bones" cache as it is close to I70. Needs to get to columbus by April 20. I'm working on a multi cache on a lake, that the final cache will be next to our dock. I think it be cool to be sitting around and a cacher in a kayak paddles up.

I was just activating another TB. Send him on his way to the summer X games. I was looking at the bug report and AL's Rochester PTB keeps showing up. The same person keeps placing and retrieving the same TB over and over. Some days 3 times. How weird is that... That kind of kills the fun in watching who will retrieve and where your TB will go next.

What is a good water tight containers? I'm thinking of doing a multi cache on a lake we live on. Paddle to different points on the lake to find clues to the final cache. The final cache would be in the lake on a chain. Near my home so I can watch it and maybe meet soom of the cachers that come by.

That is what roundup was made for. I sprayed the front and side yards nine years ago. Better things to do than mow. There is fishing, hiking, kayaking, caching, biking, camping... Plant the yard in prairie grass and wildflowers. Now I mow in the spring and burn it. I'm done for the year.

I have 1 long-sleeve crayon t-shirt seem to run a bit small, i order a short sleeve. Fit like a those 3 for $10 shirts you get in a discount shop. A bit different.

Here is Ohio State Park has... ALWAYS consult the local facility manager for permission BEFORE establishing a cache. Many are eager to help determine safe, scenic, and fun locations. Traditional caches are NOT permitted on State Nature Preserves or Wildlife Areas - virtual caches only. Illegally placed caches will be removed. As for caches in a hunting zone, I do those on a Sunday when there is no hunting in most areas. There has been a few in hunting zone in state parks around here. I live in a state park that is mostly hunting area. But still has a few miles of hiking trail free of hunting, so I just put out three caches in those areas. I figure there is a lot of other caches to do, why chance it. As many hunters that shot other hunters thinking their deer now days. The state was very easy to work with, as for the county I live in you fill out papers they come check it out and take a photo of the cache. I think is a bit much.

Tring to figure out what up with my avatar, instead of showing avatar it has Tadpole where the avatar would be. It has the avatar when I go to my info page settings. Any ideas what is going on?

I was going to add a couple of my TB to my watch list, but when you go to the TB's page some have the option to add to watch list and other do not. Anybody know why that is? Also how do you find a TB if all you know is it's name. I put it into the search and I get back 4500 hit. Is there away to find the TB any more by thier name?

How about fixing the TB search. Have it so it is an OPTION to search the mission and description in addition to just the name, instead of making a full search the default. I tried to find an TB "love me or leaf me" and I receive 4000 hits 200 pages. You could spend a day looking for a TB at that rate. The old seach worked much better when looking for TB, the same TB came up with only two then. Other than that the site is great! Thanks

Whats with the TB search these days. Before I put the name of the TB in and it would find it. Now I get 4000 hits, what I'm looking isn't even on the first page. Is there another way to find them now without using the search.
