I'm interested in exploring the Wherigo, but don't want to sink a lot of money in a device yet. Several times the Garmin iQue M5 Integrated Pocket PC and GPS has been listed. I found one for $30. Is this device still acceptable?

Mygeocachingprofile.com has a map of all counties in the U.S. but I want one that just shows my progress for Indiana counties. They have one for Colorado (look at my profile); I don't know if they have Indiana. See my reply above. Indiana is not on their list, but I did send a request for it to be included. Now, I just wait I guess.

I would like to create a map of the counties of my state showing how many finds I have in each county. How do I do that?

The South Central Indiana Geocachers was formed to support and encourage geocaching in our rural area of Indiana. Our target area was the counties of Lawrence, Orange, Washington, and Martin, but we welcome and encourage geocachers from anywhere. We have had one event and, at this time, we plan to meet on a quarterly basis. Our next event is scheduled for October.

After reading through the posts, I’ll have to say I’ve had to do some “soul searching” and I appreciate all of the comments. I have been one that has logged several “TFTC” for the LPC or guardrail caches because they weren’t that noteworthy. On the other hand, I try to make my caches informative or in interesting places and to get a TFTC is disappointing. Nevertheless, as someone pointed out, I know it’s still there. I also have come to the conclusion that even a LPC took time and effort to set up get approved and probably deserves more than TFTC. My bottom line is, if you’re too busy for a few words of thanks, you’re probably too busy. I’ll try to do better. That's just one cachers opinion.
