I'm having the same problem. I tried several times to give a favorite point and it would take it but when you went back to the cache page it was gone.

I cannot help you with respect to the new tool, but I can provide you with this link http://www.geocaching.com/seek/nearest.aspx?State_id=44 which will give you all caches in Texas. Save it your bookmark file. As finding all caches around your home coordinates are regarded you have not yet found try this http://www.geocaching.com/seek/nearest.aspx?lat=47.065000&lng=15.451667&f=1 but change the coordinates above to your home coordinates lat=.... lng=...... then bookmark it. It cannot replace the old tool, but it is better than nothing. I am LOW tech I don't know what save as bookmark means or how to do it. I know you are just trying to help but all that stuff is like a different language Sorry

I just want to start out by saying I HATE it. I'm very low tech and was using the old way just fine. I'm in the middle of trying to find every cache within 50 miles. The new way just lets me do 30 miles I also like to keep up with all new caches in my state. The old way you just clicked on Texas and wow there they are. I can't figure the new way out at all I even thinking if I can't use the new search tool what is the use of paying my membership.
