Thanks for the response, I'll try it tonight when I get home. I like the unit so far, but haven't really used it for much so far.

Wow I must have really lucked out. I got a 500 LE used to replace my Garmin that was in a car when stolen. I got home and realized my device was in like new condition, had a 512 MB SD card in it, and from what I can tell I must have the Topo canada maps on it as well since I can see a number of streets, gas stations, resteraunts, etc... Is there any way I can check to see what map I have on the device?

Best that I've heard of in my area (from a trusted friend) was a World War 2 bomb that washed up on the beach near the cache.
