DAcachers

This is my first TB and it’s a Unite for diabetes. I went to log it and the last couple of logs just say Discovered it. What does this mean and how would I log it?

I am trying to hide my first cache and I put it in the park down the street but before I posted it I realize that it wasn't a good idea. I would like to know if anyone has hiding a cache by there house like on there fence? Is this a good idea? There are lots of neighbor kids and I don't want something to happen to them or even my family. Thanks DAcachers
