Could someone explain this to me or tell me were to go to find out about it. I did a search on the forums and could not find anything.

I would like to enter could yousend me the information on were to mail the TB. I live in Mississippi I wil palce a cache in my yard for a check point if you want me to. I can palce the cache and not enter a TB if thet would be better.
