Go to the garmin website; click on "shop" at the top of the window and follow the links to accessories. Garmin sells the cable. I should have come with your unit. REI.com sells several brands of GPSr's.

Get the card, the internal memory will not allow you to add many maps. The largest size card that the GPSr can read is 2 gigs and Garmin warns that Sandisk Ultra II cards are not compatible.
