Tracklog points timing question on Garmin

Go to tracks. Click on page. You should see Setup track log. Click and you will get log set up. Change record method to time. Scroll down to the interval. Click then set up the time interval you want to use. It looks like you can set it down to 1 second. Hope this works for ya. Display your knife collection online -

Nice job on the sticker. I am new at this also, but when I look at your sticker it looks like it says EOCACHING with a symbol in front of it. Maybe you should make the G more defined. I can see someone going to eocaching.com not knowing what you are about. Just trying to help
