In the last week, I have picked up two tags from different caches and when I go to log them, their numbers can't be found. On the back of one that is still in package, it says "Yours to keep". What does this mean? Do I activate them myself or what? Confused....newbie. Thank you for any help!

Thank you all so much for your help. I really appreciate it. I've been on the road and will be for quite awhile. My app isn't allowing me to "drop" the tb or show which cache I dropped it into. I deleted my initial retrieval log, but it still only allows me to write note or whatever it says. Maybe if I can find a way to get online other than mobile device, it will be different. I'm really frustrated cause this was my first tb and now I'm to blame for it just floating somewhere in a virtual universe.

I'm new at this and when I found a tb recently, I logged it as "retrieved". Today, I placed it in a cache, but I just can NOT figure out how to indicate that I have done so. Please help!
