How did you make it your default? In Firefox itself? You need to make it default in Windows by choosing Control Panel --> Programs --> Default Programs. Hey well done! Followed your instructions and now it works. Thank you very much!!

Tried installing Firefox and made it my default. Needed to reinstall Communicator but got the message Firefox is no longer supported! Still won't work. Interestingly my wife's computer currently running 8.1 and fine for Garmin has just had the Win 10 available. Will do a before and after. (Actually I would quite like to go out geocaching!!).

Hi since upgrading to Windows 10 from 8.1 I've not been able to write GC information to my Oregon 200. Instead of the normal successfully saved I'm getting a file path. Works perfectly on our other 8.1 computer. Anybody else having similar problems?

Thanks chaps. The Garmin 200 doesn't have the necessary for the first solution but happily the second worked! I must say it seems an overly complicated way to achieve a pretty basic function, i.e. to mark a point and navigate to it... perhaps that's one of the reasons why it's no longer made. Still this will enable me to extend its life before an upgrade

Help required please. I'm having difficulty entering co-ords for a bonus cache. The only way it seems possible is to drag to a point and save it as a waypoint. This is proving very frustrating as even with the maximum scale getting N and W settings accurate is beyond me. Isn't there a way just to put the co-ords straight in? Would be very grateful for help. Forgive me, as a relative newcomer to this forum, if this has been done before. Anyway Staples are selling off little spiral bound notepads at 29p. They fit perfectly into the smaller Tesco or even smaller Waitrose storage/foodboxes. Every little helps.... So how do you save the pennies?

Can anyone explain, why would somebody log a geocoin in and out of a cache in one visit? See TB281BJ at GCW99J Going Underground (not anymore) #2. I've been contacted by a cacher that retrieved it from GCW99Y Going Underground (not anymore) #4 but says he can't log it as the previous cacher has logged it as picking it up. Everything seems in order. I don't really know what to do in order to sort it out. All replies gratefully received.

Hi all from another new cacher. Thoroughly enjoying searching in and around Sherwood Forest so far. One question, is there an etiquette around travelbugs and geocoins? Is it ok to remove two from a cache?
