How to I down load the found caches from my Garmin Oregon 400 to geocaching.com?

I have a Mac Book Pro and I just got a Garmin Oregon 400t and have no troubles with the Mac and Oregon working togehter.

I just got the Orgeon 400t and so far love it. I haven't had a chance to geocach with it yet ( I got it last night and I am workinhg today) but I can get a signal while in my house! This unit is hands down better than my 9 year old garmin (forgot which model). My question, can I use this unit for street nav or should I get a Nuvi or simular model? The street maps are $100 on the Garmin website and I was wondering if it is worht it. Thanks.

I am probally going to get the Garmin Orgeon 200 as I have a gift card for Bass Pro and this is the only GPS that I like in my price range. A few questions: 1. Would I really need a compas? This unit does not come with one and I don't use the compas on my current unit. 2. Would I better served getting the Orgeon 400t? I will only be geocaching and maybe taking this unit on my kayak when I go fishing. Is this unit worth the extra $130? Thanks.
