I'm getting random emails, but was not notified of a TB being moved. Not getting email from forum replies either.

I have been getting error messages today while attempting upload images. About half the time, I get a message with 'Bad Verb' or something like that. I'm not using any foul language or anything like that. So I'm not sure why the random error? Any one else have this problem? Or can anyone explain this to me (somewhat new geocacher) Thanks@
