I don't need to unlock anything, I use Ibycus Topo. It's free and works great with garmin's basic software. Thanks everyone!! I got in touch with the raytech company and my garmin will be on it's way to the doctors this afternoon. FYI, the flat rate incl shipping and tax was 148 dollars. Not bad, considering replacement would have been close to 400. I will invest in that-not only my gps, but also my cellphone. What a great idea!! Thanks for the link and info.

I dropped my Colorado and it hit a rock and now the front screen is cracked. Does anyone know of anywhere I might be able to get it fixed, or do I have to buy a new one? I live near Vancouver, BC.

...a place called Landsharkz.ca. I recently ordered some geocoins from them. They were taking a long time, so I checked my paypal to see if it went through. It did, to my old address. I contacted Chris and Helen (owners) by email to confirm the shipping address. Helen confirmed that she had sent it to my old house. I visited there several times before finally catching someone at home. The person told me that no mail had come for me. So I emailed Helen back with my sob story, and assured her I would be ordering more. She emailed back and offered to replace them at no cost. I think that's awesome, and I want to share it with people who might be looking for a cool place to buy caching stuff in the future. The very least I can do for this act of kindness is to pass business along where I can... So kudos to Chris and Helen of Landsharkz.ca. They will have all my business in the future.
