Hi Sam, I am guessing while the unit is in your pocket, you are really not using it. So unless you really need the trackback log, or are actually trying to log a track, I would suggest you turn the unit off, until you take it from your pocket. I am thinking it isnt getting a great signal while being stored in your pocket anyway. There are also cases out there for that unit to wear on your belt, backpack, ect. And they clear the rocker stick. I hope this somehow helps your rocker stick problem. Shawdow
