  1. My sister and I are visiting AC for 2 days next month, and I see lots of geocaches in the city! I'm not sure we'll have time to find them all while we're there, so do you recommend any particular caches? Thanks in advance!
  2. I cache mostly with my twin sister, and we're both 28.
  3. Congrats to myself and my sister/partner-in-crime, poisonivy, on our 100th find with "Witch's Bridge - A 'Thrilling' Cache - Rev. 2." It was certainly a thrilling cache and a good choice for our milestone.
  4. My sis and I got hickory hiking sticks from ebay, and they're great! Here is the link: Wilderness Walkers Hiking Sticks You can get an engraving free, and they come with an attached hickory whistle. The sellers are great, very communicative and fast shippers.
  5. I'm with you, paganfrog. My husband doesn't like geocaching, and can't understand why I love it. He loves being in the woods, but I can't convince him that it's also fun to look for caches while you're out there!
  6. Hello there! If you would be interested in joining a few other cachers in your area, I have recently joined SEPAG, a group for SouthEaster PA Geocachers. you can go to www.groups.yahoo.com/sepag. We're a super-friendly bunch, and we're eager to get some more members and go out caching together!
  7. That sounds great! For some reason, my husband doesn't want to go geocaching with me. It could be that he has allergies. I actually work in Lansdale, a couple blocks away from the train station on W. Main.

  9. I'm a new cacher looking for people to go hunting with. I live just outside of Philadelphia, in Elkins Park. Anyone interested in getting together to go caching?
  10. I'm sort of new to geocaching (I actually just ordered my first GPS online yesterday) and I was wondering if there are any other cachers in my area that would like to go caching with me. It gets creepy walking around the woods by myself. I live right outside of Philadelphia, in Elkins Park. If there is anyone in my area that could use another person to cache with, let me know. (Just a side note: I don't drive.)
  11. Regarding the link to the webpage that has the Magellan SporTrak for $99. I just emailed the store and they wrote back that they have no more of this GPS, and that they will most likely not receive any that they can offer for that price.
  12. Another woman here. My sister actually got me into geocaching.
