Also, in the Ocotillo Wells area, there just isn't any scenery like this, which is near where the Powder Can Cache was located. Nor is there evidence of past History such as this: And, in the Ocotillo Wells area, I sure haven't seen anything like this, which is in the Domelands area. I am very indebted to the cachers who put caches in those locations giving me the opportunity to see those places and have wonderful memories of caching in ABDSP. Why must there be a box of trinkets at the end of your trail? You poor soul, not know the feeling of discovering somewhere new on your own. It must suck to need a guide to enjoy the desert. Earthcaches require direct land owner approval as part of their own guidelines. Yeah you are right but that is a GSA guideline, not gc.com guideline and it is still silly in my opinion. And if you go back to the early days of virtual caches, I believe you will find that it was considered silly by other folks who pull more weight than I do. I agree. Why would you need to approve a POI that's along an approved trail/road in a park? You are both right. This site has also come out and said permission on a virtual is silly. They also backed up that opinion when they archived a virtual with permission over one without. Wind em' up and watch em' go!

I'd be surprised beyond belief if they HADN'T called their associates. I was trying to be diplomatic.... I wonder if there are Indian cairns drunk camper cairns in other parks? I may be new here, but it doesn't take a brain surgeon to see that it is disrespectful posts and actions such as these that could possibly give land managers ANTI-caching tendencies.
