Dog People think everyone should love there dogs.We havent had alot of problems with dog doo and geocaching.Sometimes our lil guy has too poo when we are out in the woods.What do you do when your on a mountain.No potty there.Just hold it kid!! The dog people are real bad at kids sporting events.What do they think we all brought our lawn chairs to watch the dogs fight or play with them.Maybe they think Spot wants to watch the game too.(They are a family member)As he leaves the mother lode behind.I dont have a dog and thats why.No poo picking up for me. When my kids grow up,I will get a dog.He will be my caching partner.Yes them I will pick up poo.But the dog will stay home for kids sporting events.Dog People!! Team Reno

The red dog clifford has a white plastic tag about 2 inches long and a half inch wide.It say on tag.Neo Geodog #70.It isnt a TB.I went into my found caches today.It does say where I picked it up at,but nothing else.I did a search for the Neo geodog.Couldnt find anything on this dog in caches.I believe it was a web site of it's own.When I did go to the site.The site was for people to track there dogs,that they had adopted.If I can remember this #70 dog belong to someone.But it had not been logged in some time.I think the site for the dogs was maybe someones homepage.I picked the dog up last Dec in MI.Here in Reno we couldnt cache much because of the snow we got.Now I am lost.I have lil information dont I.I will keep looking!!Thanks,Team Reno

We picked up this red neo geodog in MI out of a cache.Now have forgotton how to log that we sat him out this morning.I had logged him in at some site when we first found him.Now I come up empty handed.Does any one know where the site is.Thanks,Team Reno

We had a snow storm cant get out of neighborhood.Kids want to go caching.I cant remember snow like this in a long time.Would have to dig in snow for cache,if we could get out.More snow on its way...Team Reno

I have mapsend.If you can get Mark up to your screen,choose mark.Then put the lat -long in the gps.Dont know about cobra products.But I had to figure mine out on my own also.Good Luck.Team Reno

This is so cool what I got for Christmas and what had happen.2 weeks ago I was shopping in Walmart.I found this great day pack.Wow it was perfect for caching for the kids and I.Checking out at the register I had decided to put the day pack back.Kids Christmas had to come first.So I could live without pack.In the days too come I looked at packs,but nothing like the one at Walamart.Christmas Day arrived I was opening gifts,from hubbyand kids.WOW it was my back pack...I never told anyone about that back pack.I got it,I got it.I'm sitting here today waiting for the wind to calm and my back pack is ready to cache.What a great Christmas!!! Yesterday out caching with my boys in a nice area in NV.I am a woman dragging a 11 and 4 yr old through streams and we where all mud and dirt by the time we found the cache and back to the park.My boys wanted to play after we had our picnic.My 4 yr old had a white shirt on that looked as if he hadnt changed in many days.His shoes had mud caked on them.The 11 yr old had his pants falling off,didnt wear a belt with a long white t-shirt on that looked like he lived on the streets also.The city folk would look at us like we where actually living in the park.Very clean city folk pushing there kids on the swings looking at us like we where white trash.Well my kids and I had fun and city folk would of never walked their children across the streams with a pair of Nikes that cost $150.00.I want my kids to know the fun things in life.Even when someone might say.Did you see the poor woman with her 2 dirty kids?? She should get a job. So this morning we will dress up and go to church and rub elbows with the city folk.But after church lets get our clothe on to hit some more caches and lots of streams. My family and I are going to CA next weekend and I was wondering can I go and return to my own cache or others I have found and get the travel bugs to take with us? If anyone know this anwser,Please let me know.Also when I log the travel bug.Do I just leave a note on the cache page that I took it.I dont think it would be a I found it,I think just a note.Thanks everyone you have all been great on letting us know the rules. Hey Thanks everyone for your thoughts.I did go to the travel bugs and did the search.YEP it is there.Last night I found out through e-mail,we already have a wolf pack travel bug.Lots of huskies out there also.I think I have decided on one that has the same dog.Quite a few on the same dog.But mine will be named diffrent..Thanks so much Team Reno

My brother said the geopolice was happy to help them out and thought he was doing a good deed. You are kidding about Some of them are even organized? I try to take extra pens or extra log books even zip lock bags.In case a cache is out.Or even wet.But we do not go around looking for bad ones.I hope that doesnt put us as geopolice. Geopolice sure can take the fun out of this game. Team Reno

I talked to my brother this morning,he was telling me that the geopolice,had taken there cache box home redid it for them,because geopolice didnt think the container was good enough.Also replaced it for them in a better area in the park.I have read a few postings on diffrent caches.People can be a lil grumpy.Takes the fun out sometimes Are there more geopolice out there? Last year I bought on clearence some hand held mini fans.Also went on e-bay and bid on a bulk of Itl charms for Itl charm bracelets.Sunscreen and bug repellant is good. Team Reno
