I have. Even refreshed and restarted the computer a few times, just in case.

So I signed up as premium member to access google maps and be able to filter caches on the maps, but when I go to the maps it doesn't give me an option in the drop down menu to select google maps and none of the filtering options appear. Is there a way to activate these premium member features?

If you really want to do a travelling cache, make it small enough to fit in another cache and attach a travel bug to it.
