  1. If you are loading the same PQ, just select clear all user flags before loading , and set user flag after loading search for user flag unset .... since archived caches aren't downloaded , the unflagged caches must be archived. You can confirm by hitting F12 on each of the caches
  2. If 97 miles qualifies , then this one might fit the bill http://www.geocaching.com/bookmarks/view.aspx?guid=553564e3-4e7d-486f-bb64-5141523e710b Slainte FFB
  3. Think talky toaster maps And use this for info http://garminoregon.wikispaces.com/
  4. Home, N54 35.429 W6 28.224 Copy above line and go to GSAK tools ;options ;locations paste . []
  5. Proximity alarm isn't necessary for navigation to caches. It works ok on 530 with up to date software.
  6. Any Tom Tom will do what you want ..... just export everything from GSAK to a folder and drag the contents to UK maps or Europe maps on Tom Tom . Even better is to download Big Wolf's macro and export to a file or direct to Tom Tom that way. See , you should have come to http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_detai...24-79237594c4ae
  7. Seeing loads of multiple logs on caches on my watchlist e.g http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?wp=GC25FDN http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?wp=GC25773 http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?wp=GC4B33 http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?wp=GC2D1J1 quite a few cache counts will be compromised .... looks like a recent issue , possibly just phone logging ?????
  8. select send to GPS in the send to GPS screen in the box for waypoint name enter %smart
  9. And the wascals make up their own rules as they go along , I was once stung for a parcel from Jersey... "But its second hand I claimed .... theres no VAT duty on second hand goods " " So you can prove that VAT was paid on the original purchase Sir ?" Hmmmmm .... just cough up .... I wouldn't mind , but they don't have the decency to wear stripey shirts and masks.
  10. You won't feel them initially , thats why you need someone else to check the hidden bits.. When they "grow" you can feel them , wouldn't advise the vaseline technique ....that causes them to regurgitate , and thats when Lyme can be transmitted . Other tools for the job are :- http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=bl_sr_kitchen?...he%20Tick%20Key Used both ,they are fine , the only comment I have is that the Tick key works better on smaller Ticks .. Re dogs, I treat mine with "Advanticks" monthly ... its like Advantage used for fleas , (expensive with 2 mutts) but covers Ticks as well ..... Kills cats though , so not a good idea if you have a cat which "grooms" your dog . Sheep or deer + bracken or long grass = Ticks
  11. Ang on... its just for fun .... attach your weans ; dugs ; or pet rabbits .....recruit from the masses .... bribe the bigest strongest bloke / wuman you see ............teach them to speak Geordie ;Brummie ; Cockney ...or sing like they like they were a Welsh miner .......... Did I miss anyone ........... ahhhhh just my second home ...Yorkshire ....eh oop ah'll jist pit oan mee biits an a'll be haudin yon rope fur ye
  12. I'm guessing the google map you're looking for is when you've done a search ...... the list of caches has a "map it" button on the top right hand of the page ....
  13. Found this link as well :- http://www.travelinescotland.com/cms/Acces...ity/Index.xhtml
  14. Alternatively , on GSAK ....you could just select "View" "Add/delete columns" "County" When you import PQs select Y in county update box and B in State update box....
  15. try this...... http://www.travelinescotland.com/journeypl...rJourneyPlan.do or follow the Public Transport links here http://www.megascotland.co.uk/
  16. I suspect that Events only appear on the newsletter following their publication, in which case It may only be partially complete now, but when it's updated after the next Newsletter it'll have fewer omissions, and will shortly approach 100%. I think it's already a useful source, and will become more so very quickly. If you don't think it is then you don't have to use it. The published events on the newsletter are pertinent to your home co-ordinates .... if you really want to find the list you need to do a search UK .... Events ...
  17. Exactly .... which begs the question ... why publish a 1/2 rsed list ? .....
  18. Its not even accurate ............ http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_detai...42-57c6b86bf5fb http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_detai...66-39096a652263 http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_detai...fd-f5fd73370853 http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_detai...54-7443e32178dc http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_detai...b8-ef19fb81f7e8 http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_detai...85-43b6190aece5 http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_detai...c4-aa39eaafa611 http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_detai...7f-1160de419baa http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_detai...60-5fa8650a2bd3 http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_detai...b5-740e48e179ea Too tired to include them all ..............

  20. Helen can't make any promises....... but East coast midges (if there are any .... ) are big girls blouses compared to the West Highland Way variety .... Campsite is well away from water and trees ..... the 2 breeding grounds for the wee darlings .. Be brave
