  1. I think the new items that go on the tags should be burgandy.
  2. AL also doesn't melt very well after it's been turned into a can--thin sheets oxidize badly and you get a bunch of slag. k I've made cans dissapear compltly in fires before. Not even slag was left.
  3. I'm in VA (like that helps) and have a set 120's. My dad and I use them for caching and camping, and just about everything else.
  4. I just might have this idea because I am young and impressionable, but cash is always a good idea, especially in large bills
  5. It's good to see you in the forums. Maybe the next time I'm up in Rapid City I'll host an event cache.
  6. My cousins are very young and are very good about trading up or equal. I guess they were raised right.
  7. Did you ever find out where the watches came from? Stolen yeah, but by who and where and how long did it take them to accumulate that much?
  8. My vote is for Joe Forg's "Do not meddle in the affairs of the dragon for ye are crunchy and taste good with ketchup."
  9. Done it, just wasn't a coleman. Or maybe it was, I don't rember Probably wasn't a coleman then.
  10. Done it, just wasn't a coleman. Or maybe it was, I don't rember
  11. I thought the beat counting cache was a great idea. Because different media devices have different lag phases from when you push the play button, I suggest choosing a building that will take a second or two to pass. Also, make sure it's a song with few beats to be heard. Good Luck!
  12. Don't worry, I'm sure the cacher gave you a "mixed up" signal once your back was turned.
  13. You might 'borrow' a lot of your local cachers shoes for a while and let a blood-houd sniff them out. Then you're set for all the caches.
  14. The list was for innovations over the past 25 years. The internet became forming in the late 60's it wasn't until the early 70's that it really made headway. My guess would be the microchip El Diablo More specifically the silicon microchip. If not for that we would have regular computers the size of rooms! If a home PC is that big, how large would a commercial sized server be?
  15. Hide a few with your contact number on it. If she calls back, *69 her. From there you, and your local caching group can declare shenanigans on her from the payphones in your area.
  16. They are. I am not sure of the actual chemical name for dynamite, but TNT stands for TriNitroTolomine and it won't sweat the nitro like dynamite will.
  17. QOC Mike doesnt use a GPS while caching.
  18. Maybe it was a typo? Typos are everywhere this year, I see post after post mentioning them
  19. When I saw the thread title I figured it was about making an antena out of a cars radiator! That would still be cool right?
  20. Is there some way that I can download the Forum smilies to use in other applications? I like them a lot.
