I have recently submitted an Earthcache for review for a new cache (Ny-Ålesund Earthcache) in Svalbard and am still waiting for feedback. I am going away shortly and would like to try to get this ready before I go. I know how hard the reviews work, especially as they all give their time for free, can anyone give me advise on who to contact to follow up this Earthcache submission. Thanks Mark

We are visiting Ny Alesund,Spitsbergenat the end of July and really like to hold an event while we are there and setup an Earthcache while we are there. Are there any customs for running events out of home country or any limitations for setting up a Earthcache in such a remote location? Anyone know if there are any local cachers? Mark

Sussex South Downs, 10 caches on the way down on Thursday 72 (inc 59 FTF's) on a 20 mile new walk on the Friday (first cache @ 05:50 last cache 15:00) 20 in and around Lewis on the Saturday 30 on two walks on the Sunday 10 on the Monday before heading home. Like everyone else, when a congrats email came in we almost deletd it. But after a quick check, it appeared that yes it was truewe had also won a Garmin Origan (will go well with the Colorado and GPS60 that we already have). Just got to sort out the maps and SDMirco card for it now. Good result considering that we only managd to log and find 2. Mark
