I'm just returning to the sport/hobby after not geocaching for several years. I placed my first cache (since 2008) a week ago. It has not yet appeared online. How long does a review take before it is okayed and published? Is there a particular reviewer for my immediate area near Fort Worth, TX? Thanks

How timely. I had the very same questions about some things mentioned in this discussion. I tried to follow the directions as closely as possible. My understanding is that photos are optional.

Found them! It seems simple now, but it took some time. I was looking in MAIN MENU > GEOCACHING. They are stored in FIND > GEOCACHING.

I recently purchased a new Garmin MAPGPS 66sr that allows for caches to be automatically downloaded from the Geocaching.com website. I successfully downloaded some caches the other day. However, I cannot find them on the unit. I expected that they would be found at: Main Menu > Geocaching, but they are not. Where are they stored??? Thanks Barstow
