I have just received a Magellan Triton 1500 and would like to know how good the mapping software is for the Northwest Territories of Canada (specifically the Arctic region - Inuvik and area). I want to compare it to the Garmin GPS60 software. The Triton can download the TOPO Canada mapping series - what is the resolution? How 'good' is it generally? Also, any tips or information about the Triton 1500 itself would be great. Hello, i have two 400, the serials are (118 and 119), and both take the upgrade to 2.57, after that i restore the original basemaps, if you dont have the upgrade send me and e-mail or pm.
