  1. Hello fellow cachers. I am going shopping for a new laptop for those leisurely, frustrating days, months and years of puzzle solving. I have used several different computers some of which work better for solving puzzles. My iPad does not have the functionality I need to touch the screen and see background images. My old Dell does allow seeing background image etc. any recommendations for computer (software or operating system) must have for puzzle solving? Many thanks!
  2. We are so excited about winning the election contest! We feel that a special congrats should also go to Gamecockfan1 for an equally close guess . We love the cool pins and nifty Briansnat campaign flyer not to mention other swag. Most of all we are thrilled to make the Pantheon of Hotness ...again It's an amazing coincidence that we picked up Stick It To Me Tb the day before the election...guess it brought us good luck. Thanks again CacheNCarryMA for another fun contest!
  3. We have two TB's with this in mind. One of is something that we won in one of CacheNCarryMA's fun contests. The item we won was made into a TB by CacheNCarryMA with the intention of getting our TB "prize" (Stick It To Me http://www.geocaching.com/track/details.aspx?id=1482649 ) to us. If it make it, it's journey will be a cross country trip from Massachusetts to Oregon. The other TB we have is Greetings From Portland http://www.geocaching.com/track/details.aspx?id=1488012 which we are sending from Oregon to friends in New Hartford, Connecticut and it's almost there!
  4. Thanks for the fun contest CacheNCarryMa and so sorry (for you) that we were the winners. We are really looking forward to watching the journey of our beautiful new travel bug from Massachusetts to Oregon. We sincerely hope that the rest of you will watch it's journey too. Here's the link to the TB page http://www.geocaching.com/track/details.aspx?id=1482649 or you can search for it by TB name "Stick It To Me."
  5. Sure, if you still need assistance we'd be glad to help!
  6. Bicycle definitely wouldn't fit in a 5-gallon bucket (or a 20-gallon one, either), but it does travel from cache to cache... It has a chain with a lock; cachers leave the bike chained up somewhere in the vicinity of the cache and leave the key to the lock inside the cache. (They ride the bike away after retrieving it.) Looks like a fun and creative TB to me. Oh, I really hope bicycle makes it out here to Oregon - we would have loads of fun with that TB!!!
