I hesitated topic here but what the heck. I also never visited AS so the move did not affect me. I am a paying member more because I like to support those that provide a service I enjoy than anything else. I use PQ's I can change what it says under my avatar. and I can post in the members only O.T. area. NONE of these are worth $30 a year but I enjoy this hobby and choose to support it. I also pay $25 a year to a local Ham radio club and I get to use repeater's that are open to the public. but the public cannot use the remote controls on those repeater's unless they become members of the club. such is life, it's not fair never has been never will be. Now if I was one who was upset that AS was closed and I no longer could post there with my little forum "Family" I would set up a free board and invite them all there here is a link to set up your very own forum.http://www.proboards.com/index.html I set one up for my friends and family it's easy and ya only get a few banners on each page. Could this be related to the problem I am having getting any emails from Geocaching.com. I sent a emails to the contact email address explaing what My ISP had told me just wondering if this is related and the status of the Blacklist my ISP. says Geocaching is on?

Hiya When I purchaced my Vista I also bought a video explaining all of its features I found it somewhat useful. I am not shure If they sell one for yours. the best way I found to lean about your Gpsr is to use it. Go Caching, Play in the back yard with it, Go play in the park with it. Read the instruction manual, Even keep the manual in your pack until you get the hang of your Gpsr. As for Geocaching the best way to learn is to Do It read the faq's spend some time reading in here and doing some searches Just my opinion, enjoy the fun new hobbie/sport thats the most important thing.

OK I'm confused I see you have two caches placed both Still Active one placed in April. Your link dont work. I think there is more to the story too.

Congrats I forsee a Babyshower/Geocache event in March 2005 that would be Cool Better start rolling those virtual cigars to pass out now lol. Kids add a whole new dementon to Caching the look on ther face when they find there first is priceless.

Hiya I assume you will have to change the format once ya get the new cords. To do this on your Vista go to the main menu screen then to "setup" then to "units" the first line will be something like this"hddd mm.mmm" click the stick then scroll down to the desired format
