  1. I, personally, am a big fan of virtual caches. I also am not a convert to Waymarking. As has been mentioned, Waymarking isn't as thrilling as Geocaching. Even with a virtual, I feel as though I have accomplished something once it has been found. I miss them. I have a proposal for the Groundspeak gurus: Bring back Virtuals. And keep them in Waymarking. Make them the "crossover" species, if you will; anyone who logs a virtual gains a "find" on both systems (providing he or she has registered thereon). Allow vitual caches to be started on either site and carried over the the other. This might lure some of us to "check out" Waymarking; otherwise, I am just not interested. Entice me!
  2. I was on the original list; still waiting to hear back from F0t0m0m. If the OIF Coins are being held for ransom, I should soon have my order of first edition KTAG coins (one of which has been set aside for CavScout for doing this for we veterans), and I will set one aside for f0t0m0m also (not considering the OIF coin a trade item; but rather as a ransom to receive the one I had originally been allocated).
  3. SInce the description for a microcache is a 35mm film canister, I would like to suggest a new category called "Nanocache" for the itty bitty bison tubes we all keep finding out there! If it is smaller than 1" in length and 1/4" in diameter, it should be classified as a Nano.
  4. I would like a gold coin, although I am a little bit disappointed in the choice of CAB over CIB (or CMB; or in conjunction with). Please let me know what I must do; pictures are easy and enroute. What else would you need? How about a copy of the PERSCOM wartime service validation for Army (found through AKO)?
  5. I am an OIF1 Veteran of the 82nd Airborne Division currently serving with the 101st Airborne Division. I have been assigned as Rear-D this time out since it would be my fourth combat deployment (already been to OEF1 and ODS, too). I am interested in purchasing one (or more?) when they become available. Thanks for thinking of this! SDAJumpmaster
