    Notes on the new shop:

  2. Update:

    • Coins now starting to arrive to Swedish coiners

I got a report where a coin had fell apart during transport.

The coin was put together and all was fine.

The Bewitch Geocoin consists of three parts; Outer ring, center and a pin that holds the center in place.

The little pin is similar to the pins in wristwatches.

Look out for the little pin so you don't loose it if the coin has disassembled.

  3. looking at the picture provided in the a post a couple before my post, is there any of these still available to purchase with the numbers next to the coins, SG03-4 or SG03-5, if so please let us know. We would be interested in purchasing one.

There are plenty of Bewitched geocoins still available.

    Of all flavors.

  4. Clarification:

Do you have a Swedish Moose or Birka Geocoin that has done some traveling?

Then you have a chance to win a new Bewitched Geocoin of your choice.

    • The owner of The Swedish Moose coin with the longest tracking history wins a Bewitched coin free of choice
    • The owner of The Birka coin with the longest tracking history wins a Bewitched coin free of choice

The owner of the coin must post him/her self in this thread.

    Good Luck!

  5. I once was on a solo Euro-Tour on my Ducati. I had driven through country after country without ever having to show my passport. On the French Riviera in Nice I went into a local police station to report a stolen bag.

To identify myself I reached into my pocket and pulled out....

    My brothers passport!!!

Oh my God! What happened next?

I had a hard time explaining that to the Police since I did not speak French and the police did not speak any English. Maybe they understood some English because they let me go after a while.

I had to go to the Swedish consulate and get a temporary passport. It took a week.

On my way back the only time I had to show my passport was when I returned to Sweden :)

(This was way back when Sweden wasn't part of EU).

A LOT of crazy things happened on that trip! A wrote a story about it and got it published. :)

  7. It is Christmas time! A season filled with tradition.

A geocoin.se tradition is to celebrate a new release with a cointest. So here it is:

    The Roaming Birka Moose Cointest!

We like to follow the adventures of our baby geocoins out there in the big wide world.

If you have a Swedish Moose or Birka Geocoin that is out there roaming around; tell us about the journey and the distance the coin has travelled.

The owner of the coins with the longest travel distance posted in this thread will receive a new Bewitched Geocoin.

This cointest will end December 24 mid day local Swedish time.
