A quick note about KaiOS v3.x (Nokia 2780 specifically here) - there are issues currently preventing me from upgrading the app to work in v3.x of KaiOS for the moment. The 2780 is awesome for everything _except_ getting caching-on-kai working for now

i'm guessing, but probably for the same reason it's required on initial token assignment - to ensure you're not intercepting the request?
