Just found a way to make the Delorme plugin work for my windows 10 laptop. Went to Internet Explorer..(actually it opens in "Edge"). Opened Geocaching.com. Then click three little dots in upper right corner and selected from dropdown options to "open with Internet Explorer". Then the downloader started working again the way it used to....at least for about 10 minutes till IE crashed & had to re-boot again.... hope that helps...

same problem! won't work on windows 10 or on old laptop with windows 7. (have tried every browser on both computers) even after downloading latest plugin & updating firmware it still locks me out of loading any geocache info. This makes my delorme PN-40 worthless for caching. Does anyone have a fix or is this collusion between to force us all to buy new devices?
