I received the Kokopelli sample coins that I purchased from ebay. The coins are absolutely stunning and I love the back side. I won't disclose it but the back side is gorgeous and I bet these won't last long at GCF. I am definitely interested in the other colors now.

I'm NOT a reseller. I'm also NOT a coin maker/seller/company. I'm just a collector, who's been collecting since the beginning of the year. I've shelled out quite a bit of money for the coins in my collection, and just about all of it has been to established companies that I saw other collectors leaving great feedback for in the coin sales threads. I've been reading tis thread since it started, and I'm shocked at your attitude! My friends know me to be very sarcastic at times but, I've never been as sarcastic as your posts have been coming off as. Oh, and the caps ? In the online world, that's always been seen as YELLING where I'm from... I really liked your coin design and the look but, with the attitude you've displayed here, I'll be saving that $15 for a coin on my top wanted list, or maybe a tank of gas.
Me too. I'm just a collector. Heck I've got enough cash tied up in my traders or my extras to mint my own personal geocoin. But I haven't done that yet. I intend to though... sometime. When I do I'll be looking for a designer and a coinmaker to run the order through to the mint. Hmmmm.... who'll I go with? Someone who doesn't know his customer base? Who is sarcastic and rude and uninformed? Somebody who'll yell at me NOT TO BUY FROM HIM? Don't think so.

Can someone out there tell me how I can load up my pic.. I have it saved in my pic. files but copy and paste doesn`t work. Insert Image is always asking me for the URL of the pic. No idea of how to fix this.

First you will have to upload your image to a file hosting service such as Photobucket, flickr, picasaweb, etc. When you upload an image, it should give you the URL to paste into your post here on the forums.
I upload an image to a travel bug than open the picture in another window and it gives you the url for the picture without using other sites.

Than why is it 6.64 to ship two coins? On S&B one coin is 2.86 and two is 6.64.

What are the shipping costs for the coins? I went to S&B and noticed that two coins were 6.64 to ship which is more than double the shipping of one coin so I only placed an order for one coin.

With your shopping cart, if we have the coins in our cart does that mean we actually have them or can someone still take them from my cart? Is there a possibility of an over sale? I do not want to pay for them and than find out they were oversold.

Hey Shannon, I am glad to see you debuting on the GS coin forums. I am even more excited to see your designs doing so well.
LadyBear, I understand your concern. I doubt my word means much, but I personally know Shannon and his family. He recently retired from the Navy and has been working on getting their GeoCahcing business off the ground for over a year. A lot of us local cachers have helped him out with designs, input, and ideas. I believe they have their act together and I look forward to seeing more of their designs and I wish their endeavor much success.
Should I go through the number of times people have stood up for others and money was still taken? When people start selling geocoins they should use their own money, not expect the caching community to fund their projects.

I would love to have a volunteer geocoin. I had a 2005 volunteer coin but gave it back to the reviewer and miss it now. What are you looking for to trade it?

I don't have a problem with "dipping" in caches with a heads up that you are going to be taking it on an interesting trip. What I don't like to see is someone dipping my coin for months.

Not interested in giving you my money to make the coin. Too many people have been victims of little mom and pop geocoin makers. When you are able to sell coins you originally paid for, than I will be interested.

You should contact the owner and let them know your intentions. If it was me, I would be happy to allow you a couple weeks to take the coin on an adventure. To me a couple weeks is not long to have someone hang onto my coin.

I am here. Pennsylvania is the only state without a passed budget. In different ways the income for my husband and I relies on the passing of the budget. Therefore, there was a delay in receiving income for our family. I could not justify spending our savings. However, it appears the budget will be approved shortly and there will be panda coins.
