Thanks to Phantom4099, I can now communicate between my Meridian and Microsoft S&T 2002 (palm pilot was occupying the port even though the software was uninstalled). Does anyone know how to load the run CD to eliminate the need to carry it around all of the time and to speed up access times? Any help would be appreciated.

I am trying to utilize Microsoft streets for real time mapping while driving, but can not get the PC to recognize the GPS is hooked to the serial port. Do I need to loaad GPS specific driver files, and if so, where are they located?
