Any word when this goes on sale?

This year at summer camp they are trying to get older scouts to come back to camp. So they are trying geocaching and other programs to entice older scouts. My troop has placed a couple caches. Also, we use geocaching to get the boys out and learn about the outdoors. Geocaching can be used for many MB's to get them out. Our last time out we biked a trail before the snow flew. Wedid some caching and worked on the forestry MB. Geocaching is a good tool to get scouts to attend functions because they get to do some trading. I had one scout say he will never miss a geocaching outing because he feels he is treasure hunting with a purpose.

Oh, come on who doesn't enjoy a ball with a bite out it, a matchbox car missing a wheel. Oh and my favorite one that I love to see is half used stuff jammed back into the cache or the buthead who puts a bottlecap or a cigarette in the cache and thinks thats cool. Come on people put nice stuff in the cache you would like. You would be suprised what you can find for a buck or two. I usually put in outdoor stuff that I pick up, handwarmers,toilet paper, batteries, rain ponchos, match containers. little flashlights, some NEW matchbox cars.

OREVIEWER, I put together a 8 stage cache to find the 9th hide and O reveiwer spent over 4 hours on a SATURDAY helping me fine tune all of them. Also help put in links to all of them to find the 9th one. THat was incredible on his/her part.
