  1. Hey Steph, not to be a knob or anything but where are the activation codes for these horsies?
  2. I would love to buy a couple for the cause, it is one near and dear to my heart! (pun intended)
  3. I would love to but we'll have just moved back to Canada from Australia, so financially I'm saying it's a no. And I'll be watching this thread to see who all is going..
  4. This is probably the worst one I've drawn:
  5. Karin, you are one of the kindest souls out there Thank you ever so much for the little care package you sent me because of the lateness of my package and thankfully it did arrive eventually. You didn't have to do that, but you did. It made my day!
  6. I am almost certain it is the Devil's Tower Geocoin...but I can't seem to find a picture of it and I don't have one. Edit: It is the Devils Tower but the coin is Wyoming 2007.
  7. Frozen buns geocoin? hey! I did that one already...Great minds think alike
  8. I know at one time there was a thread for this but I just can't seem to locate it... Recently we went on another road trip to yet another part of Australia, the south west of Western Australia including stops in Albany, Denmark, Walpole, Manjimup and Yallingup. This time I remembered to bring my personal coins with me to do a little dropping along the way. One of the coins that I dropped into a Scout cache (GC1W072) turned into one heck of a story: I had done a PQ for the trip and found that there was a caching family in Albany called AlbanyCanucks and of course I was intrigued. I meant to contact them ahead of time and maybe see if they wanted to get together and reminisce about our land of the Great White North while also do some caching of course. But, in the end, we ended up staying only one night in Albany so the plan never came to fruition. One of the caches that I really wanted to visit was a cache at the Albany Scouts Hall as our family is heavily involved in Scouting. I enjoyed the cache so much as they put quite an effort into it, that I decided to drop in one of my personal coins for the next finder. Meanwhile, unbeknownst to me, the AlbanyCanucks had traveled to Perth and found a different scout cache and planned to drop a tb that they had found there into the Albany Scout cache. When they got home, they found the cache and my coin and were absolutely thrilled to find their very first geocoin. They have since contacted me in thanks and we have many things in common! So, there you go! One of my favorite stories Remember, when you give...you get back! Any other cool stories that can be shared? Finders OR Droppers.....
  9. Back from holidays! I know what that coin is but I can't find a picture..hold on!
  10. I like it Chuck! I have a suggestion though...how about found it 'smilies' reflected in his eyes?
  11. Love it! I also love how the copper is the one available to the public like last year. I can't remember if I ordered mine directly last year or I have a 'BC connection'...but is there anyone there in BC who would do a trade with me?
  12. Yes, you were right with your guess..that's why I made it easy. It was about midnight here in Australia when you posted so I was in bed. Now, it's 8am Sunday morning so I checked the forums. Not everyone on these forums lives in the US.
  13. Oh darn! am I singlehandedly killing this lovely thread or what? How can you tell it is the weekend here again...hold on, I'll have a go at a drawing...
  14. Yes, I would definitely be interested in your list Welcome back!
  15. In my mailbox sometime within the last 2 weeks....
  16. I used to just run away and sign the log but now it's more fun to share the find (no not really but gotta keep the kids interested) so we yell 'fuzzy pickles'. If OptimusCache is with us, he is the one doing the yelling first usually.
  17. Yo, we might need a hint. It's pretty basic
  18. I think the original LFD's came in AG and AS. The gold are more rare. Though I am not 100% sure I seem to remember Frank saying something to that effect.
  19. someone else has put one up with a starting bid of $5....
  20. Is there anyone out there who may have an extra MnGCA 2010 copper coin to trade?
